Heyyo, I'm frankie!

As an Italian-American born and raised in Brooklyn NY, I grew up learning a core life value: Love thy neighbor as yourself.

I created this space to answer the question of HOW to do that, be that, and live that in the world (especially when it's hard).

I'm not here to abandon tradition or blindly submit to it! I'm here in devotion to keeping the gems and transmuting the trash into nuggets of modern gold.
