Heyyo, I'm frankie!

As an Italian-American born and raised in Brooklyn NY, I grew up learning a core life value: Love thy neighbor as yourself.

I created this space to answer the question of HOW to do that, be that, and live that in the world (especially when it's hard).

I'm not here to abandon tradition or blindly submit to it! I'm here in devotion to keeping the gems and transmuting the trash into nuggets of modern gold.

"if you could be any animal in the world, what would you be?"

Do you remember how you answered that question as a kid?! I do.

I always said I'd be a spider 🕷️🕸️

  • build and rebuild... and rebuild again

  • plant yourself anywhere and feel like home

  • everything important gets pulled out of your ass

  • your food comes to you (aka the og doordash)

  • people are terrified of you but won't kill you bc you're "a good bug who eats other bugs"

Fun Facts About frankie

  • At least once a month, I have nyc homies over for dinner and we hand roll pasta together #nonna

  • I lived in Ghana at the same time South Africa hosted the world cup and have been a Black Stars fan ever since (which can sometimes be as painful as growing up in a NY Mets & Jets family)

  • Every New Year's, I rendezvous somewhere on this planet with the chosen family I met while living in Singapore, just so we can laugh until we pee.

    Sixteen years strong, and I hope we never stop.

  • I've been non-monogamous and kinky for (almost) 20 years and am grateful for the fringe bc it has revealed the holiest of truths to me - god really is everywhere.

  • I studied mechanical engineering for 2 reasons: (a) I was great at STEM subjects #roboticsteam ++ (b) my grandfather clocked one semester of civil engineering but had to drop out for financial reasons. I felt honored to finish what he started & can still remember his joy when I would tell him what I was learning.

I miiiiiight have a teeny-tiny reputation for being liiiitle rebellious :)
but it's just bc I've always listened to my inner compass instead of the rule book.

And I want to help you do that too.
